Founded in 1987, Helmers Group provides auto dealerships with expert new car inventory ordering and management. By analyzing fast turn reports and communicating with a broad network of dealers, Helmers Group keeps dealerships in fast turning inventory. Helmers Group also provides dealers with availability reports and recommendations of how much inventory to buy in order to keep floor plan expense at a minimum. This service is provided with no contracts.

Tim HelmersTim Helmers founded Helmers Group in 1987 to fulfill his vision to lower floor plan expense for auto dealers and help them focus on moving cars. Before founding Helmers and Associates, he graduated from Phillips University in Oklahoma and worked for Ford Motor Company for 12 years. Tim enjoys spending time at the lake, salt water fishing, hunting and collecting guns.

Phil SpurlockPhil started with Helmers Group in 1989 after completing his undergraduate and MBA degrees at Texas A&M. Phil and his lovely wife Kelley have a daughter and three sons. Their daughter recently completed her college degree. The oldest son is in college. The two high school boys keep them busy attending extracurricular events. The family enjoys traveling and being on the water together. On weekends without kid's activities, you will likely find the family boating or fishing. Phil is an avid fan of Texas A&M football. He also enjoys concerts and live music.

Kenny LemasterKenny began working with Helmers Group in 1991 after graduation from the University of North Texas where he met his wife Liz. Kenny and Liz have two daughters, the oldest is in college while the younger is in high school. They enjoy attending their high schooler’s soccer games and track meets. The family loves to spend time at the lake and boating. Kenny also enjoys bass fishing and golf as well as various serving opportunities at church.
